Jay has been a cyclist since the age of 6, screaming down hills and going off sweet jumps his whole life. He’s been a metalhead since age 9, when his parents gave him his first record – Destroyer by KISS – a decision they rue to this day. WMCN gave Jay his first taste of life behind the mic in 1988, when he hosted Metal For Breakfast on Mondays at 8 AM.
